3. Payment Terms

TrueVal directly collects and processes payments for valuation services through its secure, third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Bank account) platform.

All valuation-related payments from end users (business owners) are handled by TrueVal. We store sensitive card or banking details on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

TrueVal and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, templates, trademarks, and related content. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use TrueVal branding unless expressly permitted in writing.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload. By submitting content, you grant TrueVal a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable law. In the case of resellers, this may also include breach of reseller agreements.

Valuation reports generated by our AI-powered platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Users should not rely solely on these reports for critical business or financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified advisors before acting on any valuation results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueVal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
